KAK FIGURA follows the OSHA 1926 (Construction) Standards.
To uphold these standards, the KAK FIGURA Officer and Supervisors do daily inspections ensuring all employees adhere to our safety protocol. We utilize weekly Toolbox Talks (OSHA-designed safety talks) the foreperson reviews with their crews to cover safety material relevant to their job sites. Monthly meetings with our forepersons review hazards or infractions discovered on job sites during the previous month. Everything is documented electronically for quick reference.
